Important information regarding MAJKPC payment, delivery/pickup/dropoff, and overall how everything works.

How do we get your custom PC to you?
MAJKPCs has three options, Pickup, Dropoff, and Delivery. Please note, these change on a client by client basis, a MAJKPC associate will contact you personally to set up the best form for you.
Pickup: $0
With this option, you, the client, will meet a MAJKPC associate at a predetermined location near you/the MAJKPC associate. Associates are scattered around the SJ/Philly area and will ensure great service by choosing customers near their work location. The locations will most likely, if not always, be public places for the safety of the associate and the client.
For the Pickup option, there is no additional fee and you will meet with your MAJKPC associate directly.
Please note that with this option MAJKPC associates will be wearing masks and following appropriate COVID-19 guidelines.
Delivery: Price varies
With this option, your custom PC will be delivered via USPS and you will be paying full price for shipping to your chosen location. Price varies depending on the weight of PC, distance, etc. Please note that once we ship it through USPS we will give you a tracking number and it is no longer our responsibility. There is a chance of the PC breaking, becoming scratched, getting lost, or getting stolen while shipping.
Dropoff: $25 fee
With this option, a MAJKPC will deliver your custom PC directly to your chosen location and an associate can work out a personal time window with you for your delivery. This is likely faster than USPS and there is a reduced chance of damages due to it being a personal delivery and the PC not going in a large truck with multiple other packages.
Please note, if you must come into contact with a MAJKPC associate please follow current COVID-19 guidelines and respect the boundaries of the associate as they do yours.

Accepted form(s) of payment?
The primary forms of payment we accept are Paypal and check. This is for security if you decide you want a refund and to make transferring funds easier.
How does paying work?
A MAJKPC associate will send you a list of the computer parts based on your needs and budget, after reviewing with you and making any necessary and/or wanted changes, your associate will then request payment via PayPal. This payment will include the labor fee, parts, and the cost of the chosen Windows installation. After putting together your custom PC, the MAJKPC associate will send back any excess money and begin to pick a time, date, and method of getting your PC to you based on your needs, wants, and budget. The methods of getting your PC to you are listed above, and MAJKPC highly recommends choosing your preferred method as soon as possible and fitting it into your budget if need be.
