We’ve got some important news to share: after four years as Teslogic, we’re changing our name to Screenmate.

Not long ago, Tesla’s legal team contacted us with concerns that our name was too similar to theirs. We’ve always liked the name Teslogic, but it's time to make the change. But no hard feelings and, honestly, no regrets.

Screenmate reflects what we’ve been building all along: thoughtful, useful tech designed to make the Tesla experience better for both drivers and passengers. We love this name, and it captures how we see tech for Tesla.

We hope you’ll enjoy this new chapter of what started as Teslogic and continues as Screenmate. Your support is everything!

Teslogic shows you how much power your car can use at any moment. This information comes directly from the Tesla battery controller.

Sometimes, you might see 85% power instead of 100%, even when power is not limited. Why does this happen?

Several factors can affect this number. The most noticeable is the battery temperature. Cold weather can lower available power until the battery warms up. Also, temperatures in the motor and inverter can play a part. If they get too hot, the system limits power to protect itself.

Just like us, your car operates at its best in comfortable conditions. To make sure you're getting the most power out of it, keep an eye on these important factors! 😉

Did you know some Shortcuts in the app are only available in Nerd Mode?
What is it, and how does it work?

Teslogic has basic shortcuts for everyday use and advanced ones that should be used with caution.

What are these Shortcuts?

One example is Track Mode, which turns off traction control. It can be fun, but make sure to enjoy it responsibly and stick to private areas away from public roads!

You can adjust 'Hands-On' Notifications or turn on Auto Re-Engage for Autopilot after a lane change to make driving more comfortable. Just like Autopilot, these enhancements come with a strong reminder: always stay alert and maintain control of your ride. We couldn’t agree more!
