In honor of National Brisket Day yesterday, we’ve been thinking back to a pretty great day earlier this month.

A Texas-style BBQ, sunshine, and a team gathered around great food. Brad spent hours behind the smoker preparing, doing it right.

The team came together, shared a meal, and took a moment to just be present with conversations, laughter, and a few competitive bag tournaments.

Because the same time, care, and pride that go into a day like this is what we bring to our work every day, and to every customer.

You’re standing there with the TV, a streaming box, more than one remote, and nothing is working the way it should.

A customer reached out after having a new TV set up earlier in the week. Streaming wasn’t working. And when you’re not “techy,” it can quickly feel like it’s something bigger.

They did what we hope every customer feels comfortable doing, they called us. Jessica from our CSR team stayed with them over the phone walking through inputs, talking through HDMI connections, resetting, and rechecking to make sense of it all.

And the customer? They didn’t give up. They checked every cord. Switched between inputs. Worked through each step, even when it felt frustrating.

Until finally… it worked. Because sometimes it isn’t complicated, it’s just making sure the right pieces are connected.
