This could include computer hardware / software diagnostics, updates to Windows, ant-virus / spy ware software and drivers, computer security checks, removal of unnecessary programs and start-up programs, corrections of disk and directory errors, installation of family safe filters to protect your children from web sites they shouldn't be able to see and much more. My educational background: I am A+ certified in computer repair and maintenance; Microsoft Word certified; hold a certificate as a Microsoft Office User Specialist from Saint Petersburg College, certified in Network+ in computer networking; and, recently had attained the Security+ certification in computer security.
