This is a labor of love in memory of someone that showed extreme quality of character and was exceptionally talented at gaming.
Some of our staff had played with him or cheered him on and we were all saddened by his passing.

We are getting our annual fundraiser going for the Esports Team. This year we have teamed up with Nerd Nation in Cody, the NWC Foundation, and the Carlson Family to raise money for the Rand Carlson Esports Memorial Scholarship. This is an endowed scholarship and every penny brought in, will go to Esports Athletes that showcase the qualities that Rand Carlson possessed. Nerd Nation graciously donated a Custom Built PC in honor of Rand. The Esports program is giving away several swag bundles with more prizes to come! Any dollar amount helps! We here at Nerd Nation want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas! May you have a blessed time with all your family and friends with good food and cheer!
We will be closed Thursday and will be back it friday.

As for the retail side of things for our business, We have a bit of an announcement!
We will be slowly opening up the main retail side again after we have our new technician additions trained up!

We were expecting to stick to being managed IT only but with the other IT shops closing pretty much at the same time we have to reverse course as we would be relatively it for the area.
We also had quite a few extremely impassioned pleas from our clients to stay open, it was brutal to turn away clients or pass them off to other entities that may or may not be able to help them.

We will be making 2 support divisions due to the volume of work and clients we are working with. One focusing in on our managed IT and VOIP clients and some retail/computer repair/electronic and phone division
We have added more business clients in the past 2 months than the entirety of our business has in the last 8 years and it has been challenging, but we love a challenge

Some other excited things for us we are working on that will launch sometime in Q2 of 2026 and we will be talking more about that in the coming weeks. Its going to be a game changer for everyone in our great state of Wyoming but also more globally!

Something I did when I started this business is to get flowers for my wife each time we brought on a managed IT client. These last weeks as we kept the front office closed to the public we have been focusing on onboarding clients at a rate we never have. We have onboarded more in these last few weeks than any time previous and we are still hard at it.
We are so greatful to our clients who have honestly came out of the woodwork to support us and allow us to support them.

As we continue forward pushing to make sure businesses in our area are being taken care with the other service providers closing relatively all at once, We want to say we are going to be making some exciting announcements and increasing value to our existing clients and future clients. Not just in business but the residential retail side!

Without our clients we wouldn't be where we are. Stay tuned for more awesome announcements!

We will be transitioning away from the retail/repair side of things for the business and refocusing on our Managed IT/ VOIP services.
We have been struggling with staff inconsistencies forcing us as a team to miss deadlines and appointments and it is 100% unacceptable. To those that we have done that to, i sincerely apologize and we are working to mitigate that happening anymore to anyone.

As a business owner I would rather have no retail/repair clients than to be forced to lie to clients because people not showing up or mistakes being made. We have been looking to find enough dedicated staff but with the shear volume of work we have that makes it impossible to maintain. We have to limit something.
I went into business to help people but pulling 90 hour weeks is unsustainable and will cause me simply to not be able to help anyone.
Integrity matters in all things but especially in business.

Effective immediately, we will not be accepting new repairs and finishing out what obligations we have to our clients in our shop and going to just handle Managed IT clients and VOIP offerings.

That being said, we are full steam ahead on Managed IT and VOIP phone service and will be handling clients we have contracts with.

This is abnormal for our page but i felt compelled to write this given the events of today and recently.

Hate is a cancer that eats away and destroys what was once whole and good. We as a nation cannot keep going this way and as an american, these last weeks have been brutal. Today has been something I never wanted to hear.
Hate begets hate, violence begets violence.
"Hate cannot drive out hate. Only love can do that" -MLK

We need healing in this nation, we need prayer now more than ever. I'm asking for all our patrons, friends, family to be praying fiercely for our nation and for Charlie Kirk's family, now left fatherless and husbandless.

Our shop will be closed tomorrow for the 4th of July so our team can spend time with family and celebrate our nation's birth! We will return to normal operation Monday July 7th at 10am.

We will be closed today due to sickness, we still have some appointments we are keeping but we have to be in the field alot today and don't have enough staff on hand to cover the shop and be in the field for installs.
