The third reporting deadline of the 21st Century IDEA is next month. Agencies must ensure that services and applications that are available to the public in non-digital format, are also available in a web-based format

o All paper-based forms must be available to the public in a digital format
o Agencies must maintain and make available all digitally-based forms in a paper-based format. All forms must also be accessible to people with disabilities.
