We are aware that there is a power outage affecting some here in Colton.

During power outages, our equipment remains up as we have backup generators that kick on automatically. Coltontel's network is up and operational. End users may experience service interruptions caused by their lack of commercial power or back up power source.

If you have commercial power and your service is not working, it may be due to a tripped GFI. Power issues often cause those to trip. Resetting them should restore broadband/voice services, but if they do not, please call the office at 503-824-3211. We will be glad to help you.

Please keep in mind that if you are ever experiencing a service issue, your best option is to call us. We have knowledgeable and professional technical support available 24/7.

The Annual Coltontel Christmas Tree Lighting will take place on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. We will have musical performances by Colton School District, Cookies and Cocoa, and a visit with Santa. We hope that you can join us!

Attendance at the Tree Lighting is not required to enter into our Christmas Prize Giveaway. Entry forms will be included with our December billing statements.

The Clackamas County Official Ballot Drop Box was opened today. The drop box is to the left of our office in the parking lot. We have put up a couple signs along the driveway to help lead the way.

SCAM ALERT: Fake COLTONTEL Credential Requests by E-Mail

We are aware of an E-Mail scam being sent to members asking them to "accept new service terms" and input their credentials. They may appear to come from Coltontel, but the "From" address is not an E-Mail associated with our company. Please ignore these requests and contact our office if you think you have already fallen victim to this scam.

Reminder, Coltontel will NEVER send you an E-Mail that has you enter your credentials for verification. We only change passwords over the phone, and only after verification. We do not send any automated "RESET YOUR PASSWORD" requests.
