We are a phone, game system, computer, and electronic repair company around the Baltimore area with an opening for a Repair Technician. Looking for a tech-savvy individual that will join our team to provide utmost customer service in providing quick turn-around repairs and restorations.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair electronic devices
-Provide time and cost estimates on repair of devices
-Provide recommendations for problem resolutions
-Explain technical problems to customers in a non-technical, easy to understand manner
-Track and document each repair service performed by maintaining accurate records
-Track and maintain inventory of repair parts and items
-Perform administrative aspects of sales such as collecting payment, providing receipts, etc
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
Work well in team environment
Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills, exhibiting professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced working environment
Prior tech experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation
