Congrats to our interns! 🎉
This summer, our interns split into two teams to develop opposing AI projects. One team created LUMINA, which identifies the model behind an AI-generated image. The other developed NEVRON, which works to conceal the image’s digital signature.
Both teams presented their projects at the AFCEA Central Maryland Summer Intern Presentation Showcase, where NEVRON took 1st place and LUMINA earned 2nd! 🥇🥈

We’re incredibly proud of both teams and all they accomplished this summer!

This summer, our interns have been tackling a unique AI challenge from two different angles. One team is building technology to identify where AI-generated images come from, while the other is developing ways to hide those digital signatures. Together, they're pushing each other's work forward every step of the way as they prepare to compete in this year's AFCEA SIPS (Summer Intern Presentation Showcase) competition.
