Most marketing doesn't fail because the creative was bad.
It fails because nobody asked the right questions before the work started.
I've watched businesses spend tens of thousands on good ads, on the right platforms, and get almost nothing back. The ads weren't the problem. The website they pointed to wasn't converting. The offer wasn't clear. By the time anyone figures that out, the budget's gone, and the owner walks away thinking marketing just doesn't work.

Before we touch a website, build an ad, or start an SEO campaign, we figure out what's actually broken, what matters most, and what order to fix it in. More traffic to a broken funnel doesn't help anybody.
So here's the one question to ask before you hire any agency: what does onboarding look like? If they're ready to start tomorrow without understanding your business, that's a yellow flag.
