Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Computer Bench Technician & IT Specialist to join our team. This role includes a combination of mainly in-store diagnostics and repair, as well as some onsite business support for networking, systems troubleshooting, and IT consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware/software issues

• Perform virus removals, cleanups, and software installations
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service

Qualifications:
• Experience in computer repair and IT support
• Proficiency in diagnosing PCs quickly and working with
various operating systems (Windows & some Mac)
• Apple/Mac repair experience a plus.
• Understanding of networks, routers, and business system setups helpful.
• Customer-focused mindset with clear communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
