y was fairly different then today. Supply sources were fairly centralized, customer service was close to non-existent, hundreds of brokers were operating in the industry and transparency was extremely lacking. Recognizing the opportunity to solve many of the challenges associated with sourcing liquidation merchandise that we faced ourselves, our initial 5 year business plan was quickly transformed and the new one we still see being reinforced today emerged.
