Melanie (Norris) Kalar began her career with Columbus Telephone Company May 28th, 2001. She helped to keep the office running by staying on top of billing, invoicing, and reporting while also being a committed Customer Service Rep. She adapted to our ever changing company and was an asset during the creation of Optic Communications, its expansion, and its present day existence. Her twenty-two years of accumulated knowledge and experience in the telephone and broadband industry has been invaluable to the company.

As much as we hate to see her go, we all wish her the happiest of retirements and congratulate her on her achievement. We hope that you enjoy spending time with your family and grandchild (soon to be grandchildren)!
