Happy New Year Everyone! We are going to start a new Clinical Medical Assistant class to meet in Columbus, NC in the coming weeks. If you are a current medical staff member interested in getting nationally certified and updated with clinical expertise, now is the time to sign up for the class. The ginger water recipe, a delicious drink to burn fat, improve digestion and relieve joint pain 😊 only polite members will say thanks for the recipe and also share share share share share share share
Ingredients:

1-2 inches of fresh ginger root
2 cups of water
Honey or lemon (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions:

Start by peeling the ginger root and then thinly slice it or grate it.

In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the sliced or grated ginger to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes. This will allow the ginger to infuse its flavor into the water.

After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

If desired, you can add a teaspoon of honey or a squeeze of lemon for added flavor.

Strain the ginger water into a cup or mug to remove the ginger pieces.

Your ginger water is ready to drink! Enjoy it hot or let it cool down for a refreshing cold beverage.

Ginger water is known for its potential health benefits, including aiding digestion and providing a warming sensation. It can be a soothing and delicious drink.
