We are honored to be recognized in the 2023 Disruptive Tech Program Awards for our support of the Quality Net Operations Dashboard (QNOD) for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ).

QNOD is an enterprise monitoring dashboard that provides data visualization and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) capabilities including predictive analytics and anomaly detection. Providing real-time health status, warning of emerging service issues up to 30 minutes into the future, and detecting abnormalities in system behavior, QNOD provides alerts enabling proactive response, reduces downtime, and leverages machine learning to minimize false positives and ensure continuous improvement over time. Additionally, it promotes transparency, accountability, collaboration, and is driving positive disruption by transitioning from a reactive to a proactive culture.
