The game is named "CASH FLOW CO-OP" and is described as "The Game that Makes Millionaires." It uses support systems to increase income and is a quicker way to build wealth than saving for retirement, aiming for results in 7 months rather than 40 years. In contrast with high-ticket coaching programs, it provides low-cost but high-profit systems for building wealth, with gamified learning.

The "Start Small and Grow Rich" plan includes initial investments for profits and Co-op Advertising:

✓ Start with $7.00 for $6 to $600 profits.

✓ Add $37.00 for $25 to $2,500 profits.

✓ Use Pay-As-You-Go (PAYGO) to add $108.00 for $50 to $5,000 monthly profits and $50.00 for Co-op Advertising up to $5,000/month.

CASH FLOW CO-OP is a Business Game using real-life transactions connected to systems that support players with cash profits. When new members join the Co-op, they learn that the monetary support during the 99-Day Pre-Level Challenge provides leverage for them to qualify for entry as new registrants--$21.23 and game stakeholders--$10.87, before they pass over to the 4 Co-op Levels to become the co-owners operating and developing CASH FLOW CO-OP. Through and beyond the end of gameplay, players learn how to Start Small and Grow Rich.

The game's storyline content has characters for gameplay. Graphics and mechanics are first used as Gamification to teach players and as Prototypes of the game parts being developed as "The Red Bridge" and "The True Dream Path", which take players from achieving “start small” milestones in the Pre-Level 99-Day Challenge to the 4 Monthly “Grow Rich” Co-op Level Resources:

When Graham Walker sold his family company Fibrebond for $1.7 billion, he made a promise that stunned everyone. He set aside $240 million from the sale to give directly to his 540 full-time workers in Minden, Louisiana. Even though they did not own any stock, Walker said he would not sell the company unless his employees were taken care of first. Walker told every potential buyer, "15% of the sale price had to go to employees."

When workers opened their bonus letters in June 2025, emotions poured out. Some cried, and others thought it had to be a joke. Lesia Key was one of those employees. She had worked at Fibrebond for nearly 30 years and once earned just $5.35 an hour. Her bonus helped her pay off her home and open a small clothing store. Other workers paid for college, bought cars, took family trips, or finally felt safe about retirement for the first time in their lives.

There are a lot of people in the town talking about how the money is being spent. It quickly changed the town. Local stores saw more business, and families who were living paycheck to paycheck finally had room to breathe. In the end, Graham Walker kept his promise and stayed true to his word.
