Back glass, not the whole phone. 🙌

This iPhone 16 came in with the back shattered — glass missing around the camera, cracks running down the body. The kind of damage that makes people assume the phone is finished.

It wasn't. We replaced the back with a genuine Apple part, and it left looking like it did the day it came out of the box. That part carries a 90-day warranty.

That is NOT a filter. 😳

This iPhone 16 came into our Concord shop with a display full of colored lines, a large blacked-out area, and almost no usable screen.

We replaced it with a Pro+ screen, then tested the image and touch response across the dial pad. The result: a clean screen that responds the way it should.

The HDMI port wasn't the only problem. 😳

A PS5 came in for an HDMI repair. When we opened it up, the cooling fan was packed solid with dust and hair.

To be clear — we're not saying the dust caused the HDMI failure. It was a separate problem hiding in the same console, and the before-and-after was too good not to share.

Buildup like that restricts airflow, so the console has to work harder to cool itself. While it was already open, the fan got cleaned so it could move air properly again.

Cracked your phone at 7 o'clock on a Tuesday? You no longer have to white-knuckle it until morning.

We've added after-hours emergency appointments at the Concord shop — bookable online, with current availability always showing right in the scheduler.

Here's how it works: book online, pick an "After-Hours Emergency" slot, and pay the invoice to lock it in — your appointment is confirmed once it's paid. There's a flat $50 emergency fee on top of the repair, shown up front before you book, because surprise pricing isn't our thing. These slots are appointment-only.

Regular hours haven't changed (Mon–Thu 10–6, Fri 10–4, Sat 10–2). This is for the nights it truly can't wait.

If your phone only charges when the cable sits just right, don't order a new port yet.

This Galaxy S21+ came in barely charging. The culprit? Years of pocket lint packed into the charging port — so tight the cable couldn't click in.

One careful cleaning later, it's charging like it should again. No parts, no drama.

A PS5 that won't show a picture feels dead. Most of the time, it isn't — it's the HDMI port.

That port sits right on the main board, so replacing it means careful micro-soldering. It's the repair most shops won't touch. We do it all the time.

This one left the bench back to playing like it should — for a fraction of what a new console costs.
