ETech In 2007 E-Tech started out as just a small electrical company doing residential work. E-Tech sought out growth and in 2008 the company became incorporated.

E-TECH is one of the leading developers in Telecom and Clean Transportation in California, We work with all major carriers and industry stakeholders to design, develop, and build today's forever evolving infrastructure. The company then expanded into the commercial division and added valuable employees to expand their abilities. In an effort to diversify, E-Tech was sub-contracted by a company to

perform electrical installations on telecom sites. On their first site, the awarded General Contractor endured many challenges and difficulties, eventually abandoning the site. E-Tech stepped up to the plate by agreeing to complete all of the civil, electrical, BTS, and tower erection in place of the abandoned GC. E-Tech completed the site on time and within budget granting them the respect and industry presence still held today. E-Tech has expanded its role within the wireless industry, offering full civil, line/antenna and microwave crews. Our attention to detail and safety has also created many new vendor relationships with companies such as Bechtel, Black & Veatch, Ericsson, and PG&E. Senior RF Technicians:

Perform all trades and duties associated with cellular/electrical construction
Be adaptable to learning new technologies

NSM/ Nokia equipment installation experience preferred

Electricians must be familiar with running and terminating coax cables and electrical conduits

Must be able to work varied shifts
Anritsu certification highly desirable
Work in elevated areas in man lift
Previous / Current Tower Climber experience

Must be Proficient at using industry Testing equipment

Must be able to Read and Understand Construction Drawings

Must be Proficient at computer-based programs

Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Senior RF Technician Knowledge of:
Andrew Connector certification
ComTrain with certification
RF awareness
PIM Testing, JDSU, Anritsu Fiber Testing
Anritsu certification is highly desirable, but any certification in regard to safety, connectors, and sweeping is a plus

Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
5+ years of experience with RF equipment and electrical or general construction / civil construction
Ability to work with other companies/sub-contractors/clients
Positive attitude, team player, self-starter, results-oriented, and ability to take direction from Electric Tech management and supervisors

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform all aspects of the job
Must be able to climb ladders and towers
Must be able to carry test equipment

Work Environment:
95% of the working environment is outdoors
While performing the duties of the project, the employee is frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift weight or exert force up to a maximum of 50 to 75 lbs.

Preferred Safety Certifications:
OSHA 30-hour training with certification
First Aid / CPR

Carpenter/Framing Skills:

• Basic understanding of most phases of construction.
• Basic skills in carpentry, wood framing.
• Basic knowledge drywall and painting (hang Sheetrock , tape joints and texture)
• Demolition and cleanup.
• Perform all trades and duties associated with cellular/electrical construction
• Must be able to work varied shifts
• Work in elevated areas in man lift
• Tower Climber experience highly desirable

Job Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience with general construction / civil construction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
• A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Ability to work with other companies/sub-contractors/clients
• Positive attitude, team player, self-starter, results oriented, and ability to take direction from
Electric Tech management and supervisors
• Willingness to travel to various commercial property locations
