Just another manic Monday...
You may have noticed this morning some online services are slow or offline. Apps like Alexa, Snapchat, and even parts of Microsoft 365 were affected.
The issue started from an Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage. AWS powers a large part of the global internet infrastructure, so the ripple effect is widespread.

Days like today are a good reminder that even the biggest cloud providers can go dark, but your business doesn't have to. The difference comes down to having an IT partner who communicates, responds, and protects your business while others scramble.
