I’m finalizing the last of my prep for Art Love Cookeville]! Make sure to stop by next Saturday, February the 18th to benefit Helping Hands of Putnam County! In addition to my piece in the silent auction, with 50% of the proceeds going to support housing and community aid, I’ll have a table set up with some smaller goods as well as original linocut prints.

It’s been forever since I played in paints, but since I’ve been letting myself do more art just for fun I find myself going back to my paints more and more.

Last night, me and the wonderful artists I’ll be with at 43 West Broad got together to prep some of our pieces for Art Prowl on November 11-12th. These two brand new pieces and more will be available at my table there, as well as several new sticker designs and new prints!

Tobi’s got the right idea! While the leaves have started changing, I’ve been busy in the studio, first with last month’s First Friday and now with Art Prowl prep!

Well if that ain’t just the sweetest place! Stopped into for their opening weekend and scored this cutie! This place is a great addition to the Westside. And like I said: I’m so happy someone cool is in the building with my favorite entryway in town.

Life has really been a roller-coaster for the past few weeks. But that hasn’t stopped me from working on some amazing projects with some truly talented people. I thought today would be a good opportunity to share a little behind the scenes peek at one of ’s mock-ups from her branding presentation.

Her vision was to create a sophisticated, empowering space for the community and she is doing such an amazing job with it. We’ve changed her strapline a bit since these initial mock-ups, but you should be able to see this design in the wild in Cookeville very soon!

It’s a block party! 🍸🎉

I’ll be honest: I’ve been super uninspired for the past few months. Today, though, I woke up and had an idea for a print! So I sketched the concept—who knows, maybe I’ll turn these into art prints as well!—then I got some linoleum and I think this is what my evening looks like from here on out.
