The New Tech Legacy and Launch event was a resounding success! ❤️ We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our volunteers and attendees for making this event so special and memorable. For those who attended, we hope you had the opportunity to reconnect with current or former facilitators, classmates, parents, and administrators who have made a meaningful impact on your life or the life of a family member. We appreciate the contributions of all individuals who have been a part of our school community, as they have helped make New Tech the success it is today and will continue to be in the future. Please feel free to share your memories of the New Tech legacy and launch, and include any photos you may have taken. We wish everyone a wonderful end to this school year. PTSO is still in need of door prize donations for Project Graduation. Our goal is to send every Senior in attendance home with a prize. We have created an Amazon wishlist that is linked HERE.

Project Graduation is a chance for the Senior Class to celebrate after graduation. We need a few non-Senior parent volunteers to help set-up and chaperone. There will be a volunteer meeting ahead of time (possibly over Zoom).

Help needed THIS FRIDAY for Legacy & Launch Celebration!

Hello New Tech families,

THIS FRIDAY is the Legacy & Launch Celebration and we need your help! It will be from 3-6pm at New Tech.
Please make plans to attend, as this will be the last big event for the entire New Tech Family (including past teachers and alumni) in our current building. It will be a huge celebration to thank the current teachers as well as those who are leaving to go on to new adventures. We encourage Gifts/Notes/Cards and donations as we want to make this special for our teachers and celebrate their hard work and dedication to our students.

Most Importantly, we need your help at the event!!!!

Branches of Belonging NTH@C Mural Painting/Decorating

Hello New Tech families,

Today, May 10th is the last day to sign up for a mural tile. I am reaching out on behalf of our New Tech facilitator Danae Boyd. As you may remember, Ms. Boyd’s grant “Branches of Belonging: A Connection Tree Mural” was fully funded during the CEF’s Give4 Grants campaign. She is now moving forward with the next steps: accepting applications for mural tiles. Please see the link below to apply for a tile. All New Tech organizations, alumni, facilitators, administrators, staff, anyone in the New Tech community can apply for a tile to paint/decorate that will become part of the new cultural landscape at CHS!

This may be the Ultimate PBL Group Project happening on May 15th for New Tech High Coppell! The New Tech Student Council, Networking Team Captains, Hope Squad Nthc, FUZE, NTHC Yearbook and the New Tech High at Coppell PTSO are all working together to celebrate the New Tech Legacy! We invite all New Tech High Coppell Alumni Network, families, parents, and students to attend Friday, May 15th from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at New Tech High @ Coppell. Many of you may not know that a large majority of the staff will be leaving the New Tech family, and we want to celebrate them, as well as the entire staff that have endured an especially hard school year. We also want to look forward to the future as we celebrate new beginnings at CHS with a Vision Board for 2026-2027. We hope everyone will make plans to be there! Group Pictures will be at 4:30 pm along with a Thank You Presentation. If you are unable to attend, please write a note to your favorite staff member or send a photo with your favorite memories at New Tech and upload to the drop box below and we will pass them on! Looking forward to a wonderful celebration!
