In our continuing effort to provide the fastest, most reliable speeds and service, we will be performing emergency network maintenance, tomorrow between the hours of 11 AM and 12 PM. We understand this may affect usage during business hours, however, it is necessary in order to ensure the issues are resolved.

The interruption is not expected to last longer than one hour. However, if you experience loss of service for longer than 60 minutes, please unplug your POE (https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQbI5dJDbpyuOa-M2Bnq1Ahxn1LBL6faujs2A&usqp=CAU) wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It typically takes two minutes for the service to come back online. If you are still experiencing interruptions beyond the suggested fix above, please call me, Lionel at 254-466-6075 or Ethan at 254-383-3140.

We do not anticipate service interruptions but if they occur, it should not last more than 10 minutes. If you experience an interruption lasting more than 10 minutes, please contact us immediately.
