Novacom Concealment Systems is currently seeking experienced concealment technicians for work in California.
Mandatory requirements for any position with us: Candidate must pass an extensive drug and background screening. A clear and current driver's license is required. No felony convictions or DUI's.

Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of industry experience.
2. Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, stucco, paint and general industry knowledge.
3. Job related certifications – safety, rescue climber, man lift, OSCHA 10 hour, RF
4. Knowledge of cell tower concealment or stealthing
5. Organizational, computer skills (MS Office suite), and communication skills.
6. Industrial first aid and CPR certifications.
7. Quality oriented, and a team player able to follow instructions.
8. Must be able to read and interpret site plans, and construction drawings.
9. Familiarity with crane signals and gin pole operations
10. Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations
