📣 NOW HIRING: Part-Time Social Media Field Assistant (Content Capture + Travel Required)

Black Door Creative is looking for a reliable, self motivated, creative Part Time Social Media Field Assistant to help us capture content on site for our clients.

You’ll be traveling to client locations weekly to film short form content, gather behind the scenes moments, and report back to our Social Media Manager with notes + assets.

What you’ll do:
• Visit client locations weekly to film photo/video content
• Capture Reels/TikToks + story-style clips

• Share content + quick recaps to the Social Media Manager after each visit

• Represent our team professionally on-site

Must-haves:
• Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Comfortable traveling up to 1 hour to client locations
• Confident filming on location and talking to people.
• Organized, responsive, and able to follow a shot list

Time: Up to 12hours/week
Pay: Up to $25/hr, based on experience

We are not that kind of agency getting a social media account and using a scheduler, never logging into your account, never following, never posting stories not responding to messaging, being an invisible place holder online. Social media is social and in a time frame that does not match corporate standards. A common misconception we hear from business owners is:
“Our agency stopped SEO, and now we’re not ranking anymore.”

That explanation usually doesn’t hold up.

Real search engine optimization includes on page SEO, technical improvements, and content that continues working even if active efforts slow down. Rankings don’t disappear overnight unless something fundamental was missing.

SEO should support your business, not create fear or dependency.

If you can’t clearly see what pages were optimized, what keywords were targeted, or how SEO connects to actual leads and conversions, it’s worth asking deeper questions.

Whenever the menu update ends up in my inbox we end up getting pizza. Now that there is a whole dining room we Decided on a Cranston date night.

We ordered Stiflers Mom and the Thanksgiving pizza which were both delicious. We really enjoyed everything from the warm inviting atmosphere to the unbeatable Heavy D songs playing.
