Office temporarily closed until July 7th, 2025
We apologize for the inconvenience, but our offices will be closed until Monday July 7th, 2025. We are migrating our base of operations to the Pensacola region. Our Brandon location will NO LONGER be active. We will be monitoring emails and phone messages to provide support and answers to any questions. WINDOWS 10 End of Life - What do I do??

Many of our clients have shared their concern regarding the end of support for Windows 10. We hope to clarify a few things for those concerned.

After October 14, 2025, Microsoft will no longer release any regular updates to Windows 10. The company may make exceptions if a really serious security flaw is discovered — this has happened with older, discontinued versions like Windows XP and Windows 7. Your system will still function and work as expected however operating system upgrade releases, security patches, etc. will no longer be offered and a good security protection software package is highly recommended.

Many people who are running Windows 10 and haven’t updated to Windows 11 are doing so because their computer doesn’t support the greatly increased system requirements. So, what can you do if you have one of these millions of computers? If your computer has no other faults and is NOT too slow for your needs, buying a new one just to get system updates probably seems unnecessary. In some cases, it is!

Many computers will end up in landfills which is a shame considering its only issue is it did not meet the strict requirements for Windows 11. But wait, there is an alternative. Microsoft is offering individuals/consumers a one time, one year support package for $30. This will give you one more secure year of Windows 10 use. After that, the decision needs to be made. If you are a company or business, you will also have the opportunity to continue receiving support for $60 per year for up to 3 years. Not a bad option when considering the cost of new equipment, deployment, employee data backups, etc.

Windows 10 END OF LIFE.

As you may know or if you have seen the messages pop-ups on your computer screen, according to Microsoft, Windows 10 will cease to be supported as of October 14, 2025.

Does that mean you can no longer use that computer? ABSOLUTELY NOT. As a matter of fact, we encourage users to continue forward with Windows 10 as long as the equipment that it is running on is in good functioning condition and it’s easier for the user than starting from scratch on Windows 11. There are options available to you to continue using Windows 10 even after its end-of-life support in 2025 while maintaining security and full functionality. We have the solutions and are happy to help you with them.

Windows 11 is a great operating system, and we have no issues with its design or function at this time. However, being forced to upgrade or buy a new unit should not be your only options. Not to mention the environmental impact all those perfectly functioning units that are not approved to run Windows 11 will have. Not thousands but 10s of thousands if not 100s of thousands of units in landfills.
