Network Update - Monday, May 18 @ 6:30PM

At around 5:30PM, we experienced a brief network outage. Seems one of our main routers had a "brain freeze". Our technicians responded quickly and got the service restored within the hour.

We are experiencing a wireless network outage on our tower in Crowley.
Wireless customers in the surrounding Crowley area are without service at this time.
We hope to get a tower crew to replace damaged equipment tomorrow morning.

We are experiencing a network outage that is affecting ONLY our wireless customers in Mermentau, Evangeline, and Iota areas. Wireless customers in those areas are without service at this time. We will not be able to assess the damage or make repairs until tomorrow morning at the earliest.

Network Outage
Feb 28 2026 @ 5:00PM

We are experiencing a network outage in the Duson/Mire area. It appears to be an upstream provider issue. We are investigating and will provide an update ASAP.

2:20pm: Currently there are issues with our provider that is causing wide spread customer and internal outages at this time. This is the first time I am able to make a post due with this outage. It seems like it is working now but there could be more outages until we are fully able to resolve the issue.

1/19/2026 8:30am: Over the weekend there was an outage on one of our towers in the South Duson area. We have a crew heading to the tower right now and we will try to get the tower back up as quickly as possible.
