Scheduled Network Maintenance

Friday, September 26, 2025 12:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.

We will be conducting maintenance to prepare the network for upgraded fiber optic access equipment. During this time, customers may experience rolling service interruptions.

Each customer can expect an approximate 15-minute outage of both voice and data services.

Please note: during the voice outage, 911 calling will not be available from landlines.

We recommend ensuring access to a charged mobile device during this maintenance window. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve your service.

We want to keep you informed about an ongoing issue with our billing system, which has been unavailable since Thursday, 2/13/2025. Our billing system representative has assured us that we are scheduled for restoration on 2/26/2025.

Because this falls right before our billing cycle, we will be waiving all late fees for February 2025 and forgiving service terminations until the end of March 2025 to ensure no customer is penalized for being unable to make payments during this downtime.

We want to keep our customers informed that our billing system remains unavailable. However, we’ve been receiving updates throughout the day, and our billing company has been working tirelesslyβ€”through the night and all day todayβ€”to restore access.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Customers can still make cash payments and submit requests, but we are currently unable to process payments, make account changes, or post payments until our system is back online.
