Brilliance just got a lot more serious.
We recently finished rolling out a new change-history system across every module in the platform.
What does that mean?
If a record changes, Brilliance can preserve what it looked like BEFORE, what it looked like AFTER, who changed it, when it changed, what fields changed, and what part of the system caused the change.
And unlike a lot of CRM systems, there isn't a small list of fields you have to choose in advance.
You don't have to decide today which 20 fields might matter six months from now.
If it changes, Brilliance remembers it. Everything.
That applies across the entire system. Not one module. All modules.
For a normal business, that means accountability.
"Who changed this customer's terms?"
"Why did this invoice amount change?"
"When was this product marked inactive?"
For a regulated business, it becomes even more important.
"What was the original record?"
"What changed?"
"Who changed it?"
"When?"
That's the difference between simply having an activity log and having a real history of your business data.
Some enterprise platforms charge extra for advanced field-audit capabilities or put limits on how many fields you can track.
With Brilliance One, we decided this shouldn't be an add-on or something you have to configure. It just works. Every change. Every entity. Every module. One history.
That's another reason Brilliance One is truly brilliant.
