Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflows. Roles and Responsibilities may include:

· Provides First Level support for the Finesse application

· Provides First Level support for custom gadgets

· Addresses Finesse application configuration issues

· Deploys and installs patches/fixes related to custom Gadgets

· Deploys and installs new gadgets

· Escalates to Cisco Finesse solution out-of-the-box problems

· Configures Finesse version upgrades

· Submits change control requests for deploying gadget fixes and changes

Basic Qualifications:

· High school diploma and 2 years’ experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical position working with Cisco UCCE software solutions

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the software development life cycle on information and communication technology projects

· Minimum of 2 years of experience Agile project management experience

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.

· Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

· Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skills

· Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills

General Information:

The work involves the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance, and or management of networked systems. The candidate(s) will assist in the support of our Customer's Contact Center IT infrastructure located in Chamblee Georgia, used for the transmission of information in voice, data, and or internet formats.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Network configurations
• Ensure network connectivity throughout LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations
• Perform network address assignment to servers
• Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
Security Hardening
• Perform security hardening via group policies, local policies, scripting, etc
• Distinguish between necessary security settings that would protect the system while insuring usability versus security settings to meet security compliance.
• Test and understand how security hardening could secure the system and/or adversely affect system performance
Level 3 Operating System Support
• Be able to support application owners with OS server related issues to include: security compliance, application compatibility, troubleshoot server issues relating to policy deployments or event errors, provide server build and deployment troubleshooting, etc.
Hardware replacement/maintenance
• Distinguish between hardware/software issue
• Monitor system health and determine if hardware needs to be replace via warranty or spare parts
• Effectively communicate with hardware technician and on-site personnel to replace or troubleshoot hardware issues
Cisco IOS System Administration
• Version upgrades
• System configuration
• Hardware maintenance
• Network configuration
• Network wiring

Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed
below:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. An additional 6 years of experience in a large enterprise server environment may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 5+years System Administration experience with Windows Server 2008 or above.
• 5+ years Cisco IOS Operating System experience as described above.
• 2+ years Cisco Unified Communications Manager (formally Call Manager) Administration experience.
• Will require a High Risk Minimum Background Investigation interim clearance to start work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a telecom environment.
