🚨 Important Alert to All VPNHouse Users and Fellow Businesses 🚨
We want to share a critical issue we’ve encountered with Stripe, our payment processor. Starting from April 15, our business was hit by a series of fraudulent transactions. Just when we needed support the most, Stripe locked our account and has been unresponsive to our repeated inquiries, shutting down our requests for review almost instantly.
This has left us unable to process refunds or access our funds, significantly affecting our operations and customer service. Before being locked, we transferred couple of thousands of $ to our Stripe account to handle disputes and refunds from these fraudulent activities, and this amount has vanished without being processed or returned.
We have attached screenshots from our communications with Stripe to highlight the urgency and lack of response. Research and feedback from other clients show that this is a common issue with Stripe, often blocking clients and then ignoring them. We recommend looking for alternative services to avoid unnecessary stress and time waste.
