But what about the number nobody puts on the proposal? The cost of not doing it.

New technology is great until it isn't.

Behrooz Khademazad has integrated AI and 3D printing into his dental practice, and he'll tell you straight: it has genuinely improved accuracy and speed. The path from idea to prototype to finished product is shorter than it has ever been.

CCleaner was a go-to utility for keeping computers running smooth. Then Russian hackers got their hands on it. They injected code into the software so that when people downloaded the latest update, they were installing malware right alongside it.

Justin Shelley looked it up during the show. 2017. Nine years ago. Mario Zaki still remembers the day his antivirus flat-out refused to let him install it. The tool people trusted to protect their computers had become the threat.
