Responsibilities
Manage the full bench sales lifecycle, including identifying and securing job opportunities for bench candidates, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful placements in US IT roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions for bench candidates based in the USA.
Develop and execute strategies to generate business with both new and existing clients, focusing on bench placements for IT professionals.
Generate leads and cold-call prospective clients (IT companies in the US) to find job opportunities for bench candidates.
Submit qualified bench candidates to clients, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely placement in appropriate IT roles.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers in the US IT industry.
Monitor and manage high-volume bench candidate placements, ensuring timely responses to client needs and maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to ensure that bench candidates are equipped with relevant skills.
Maintain knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and ensure correct placement of candidates in line with client requirements and candidate eligibility.
