Teddy Rae Prints My name is Gabriella and I create art out of your life and story! Check out my Etsy shop. My name is Gabriella! That being said, I started Teddy Rae Prints.

I am a law student, fiancée, dog mom, and graphic designer. I have been creating graphic design prints for about five years, but have always kept them to myself until recently. For Christmas this year, I wanted to do a homemade Christmas because, as a law student, I did not have the budget to buy gifts for everyone in my family. I made a print for each person in my family made up of things that I

think of when I think of that person. For each one, I chose a color palette and chose 9-10 icons that are representative of that person. Based on the reactions of my family, I thought of how cool it would be to get to make these for more people and tell more stories. Theodore (Teddy), and Raymond (Rae) were two of my great grandfathers, both creative in their own respects. They were only two in a line of many creatives in my family, but the name stands as a symbol for them all. I decided that, regardless of whether I can sell any prints, design is a creative outlet for me, and I want to share it with my family and friends!

As you all know, I strive to capture every detail when I’m creating a print. Whether that’s a subtle spot on your dog’s nose that goes generally unnoticed or a local detail in a neighborhood that only residents truly understand, the human experience is full of these tiny details that create a kind of private joy.

Where these details mean perhaps the most is in life’s milestones, like graduations, birthdays, and weddings. I’ve got the college and birthday parties down, so I’ve decided it’s time for an expansion! That’s why I’m so happy to launch Teddy Rae Weddings, made for the thoughtful bride who values individuality, sentimentality, and of course, those small details.

I’ll be starting out with offerings such as custom bridesmaid and family cards, postcard and print favors, and à la carte icons for signage. I can’t wait to see how this new piece of my business grows and to be a part of your special day!
