In search of a Bookkeeper: My bookkeeper of 15 years just gave me 30 days’ notice. She has taken on more responsibilities at her full time job, and no longer has time to manage the books for my small company.

My company, Promote in Tandem, is an Ad Specialty firm. We source promotional products, custom branded items and Swag for mostly Corporate clients, but really anyone asking for branded products.

We are looking for someone who can provide ongoing bookkeeping support, including:

General bookkeeping and account reconciliations.

Monthly sales tax filing for both Texas and Florida.

Maintaining accurate financial records throughout the year.

Preparing annual profit and loss statements and other year-end financial summaries for our CPA to use in preparing our tax returns.

Happy to hop on a call to discuss, as well as explain what prep I do for my bookkeeper at this time to keep things flowing more smoothly. Also, we work with an Industry based-CRM that exports all date to Quickbooks online.
