Solutions Group Services

Solutions Group Services Accomplish more with innovation and technology created to increase your reimbursement. It became a reality. We are more than just a company, we are solutions.

It started with an idea…

raise the standard of reimbursement in healthcare organizations. We were aware of significant reimbursement challenges facing many healthcare organizations and we wanted to be part of the solution. We believed we could do this through technical innovation and dynamic collaboration. What if we created client relationships on a foundation of trust that came from putting the

ir needs first? Using a powerful combination of experience and expertise, we help organizations work through significant reimbursement challenges. We pioneered a better way for providers to collect their charges from payers – not the patient. We do this through our technology and consulting solutions. Everyday our growing team advances this reality through innovative solutions as well as offering a continuously growing library of informational resources.

At Solutions Group Services, we know Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a moment to pause and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

The freedoms we often take for granted, the ability to build businesses, raise families, gather with loved ones, and pursue opportunity, exist because of their sacrifice.

Today, we honor those who never made it home, and we hold deep gratitude for the families who carry that loss every day. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

In EMS, documentation is more than compliance. It is patient advocacy. Without it, systems risk losing the ability to prove medical necessity, which can shift financial and clinical responsibility onto patients in ways that fundamentally change outcomes.

At the same time, artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape emergency care. From detecting life-threatening conditions like cardiac arrest faster than traditional call-taking processes, to identifying patients who may safely avoid unnecessary transport, AI is influencing decisions at the very first point of contact.

But this transformation brings tension. Concerns about job displacement and over-reliance on technology are real. The future of EMS will not be defined by choosing between humans or AI, but by how effectively both are integrated to improve care while preserving clinical judgment.

🎙️ Hear Asbel Montes with Dr. Jeff Beeson on The Leadership Lab as they explore how AI is reshaping EMS, documentation, and patient care.

💬 Where should EMS draw the line between AI assistance and human clinical decision-making?

Clarity 2026 User Summit opened with a conversation around leadership, uncertainty, and the discipline required to navigate both well.

In “Space for Grace: Leading Through the Quicksand of Uncertainty,” Asbel Montes and Loida Howell challenged attendees to rethink how organizations respond to pressure, instability, and rapid change across healthcare. One of the strongest themes throughout the session was simple but powerful: movement without clarity often creates more instability, not less.

In a healthcare environment moving faster than ever, steady leadership matters.
