One thing about us: we love a client visit. 💚

Whether we’re popping over to their locations to support them on-the-job or they’re coming by for a visit to our office, there’s nothing quite like face-to-face time with our clients.

We recently had the opportunity to spend some time with Arbor Infusion at our office showing off the RxToolKit and WeInfuse software solutions. We’re so proud that Arbor Infusion is trusting RxToolKit as their medication guidelines and clinical training solution.

Earlier this month, after grabbing lunch and exploring a secret speakeasy 🤫, our team split up to conquer two of the most difficult experiences at Escape the Room. If you know us, you know we’re always up for a challenge...

After deciphering clues and following the signs (and a little bit of friendly debate), both teams successfully escaped. Now we’re back to reality, recharged and ready to tackle the real-life challenge clinical teams are trying to escape from: the maze of medication resources.

Break out the champagne, we’ve got something to celebrate…🍾

WeInfuse has made Inc. Magazine’s list for the 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the U.S. for the 4th year in a row! As a WeInfuse company, RxToolKit is proud to share in this accomplishment and incredibly grateful to be part of this amazing team.

We had some celebrations of our own to thank our team for their hard work, but we couldn’t get away without sharing it with all of you. We’re shouting from the rooftops, THANK YOU to our partners, clients, investors, supporters, and everyone who has helped us to reach this point. Four years in a row is truly humbling, and we’re happy to be able to share this with you.

Our team recently swung by 🪓 Lonestar Rage & Entertainment to blow off some steam, connect outside of the office, and just have a smashing time. When we’re not breaking down barriers to patient safety and clinical resources, you can find us taking a stab at new things and building team bonds!

Look what we got in the mail! 👀

A little birdie told us the Summer ‘26 issue of the WeInfuse Magazine is hitting mailboxes right now, and we ran 💨 to get our copy. The WeInfuse Magazine always has so much great information, from advocacy updates from the National Infusion Center Association (NICA), the Infusion Access Foundation (IAF), and the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) to interesting articles and software feature updates. We love seeing every issue!

🪩 Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (Another Day at NICA)

We can’t believe the 2026 NICA - National Infusion Center Association Conference is already over and our time in Las Vegas has come to a close. This year’s conference may have been the best one yet! Between educational sessions, the second annual WeInfuse University Users Meeting, the Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) Toast: Together for Treatment fundraising gala, a wild night with Tennr, and so much time spent with connections and industry experts while exhibiting, the conference was action-packed.

🔥 Burn baby burn 🪩

Last night’s Disco Inferno gala was a night on fire! Thanks to the Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) for hosting the annual Toast: Together for Treatment fundraising event to kick off the 2026 NICA Conference…our team had a golden time 👀. From a Head or Tails game (or rather, Tails or Tails 😉), to a silent auction, to the best disco night in 🕺, we’re so glad we were able to support such a great cause and raise the roof with our industry friends.

And that’s just the start to the NICA - National Infusion Center Association Conference! Make sure to stop by the RxToolKit booth ( #226) today and tomorrow to chat with our team and learn about our software solutions. We’ll see you on the exhibit floor!
