Goodbye, Pauline Hudel-Smith.
You’ve helped so many.

Since she hit the scene at UTA, Pauline has been consistently instrumental in finding several of our Pink Jacket graphic design employees and interns. We could always count on her to help us find the best fit for our company culture. And if I ever had questions about any of them, she would always tell me the “real scoop,” but in the fairest of ways!

She also loved having UTA alumni back for talks with her students, whether formal or informal. Giving back to someone who had given us so much was always a pleasure.

She will be missed by so many, young and old, teachers and students, faculty and business owners alike. She connected us in the easiest and most graceful way. Thank you for your deep dedication to your profession and for the generosity of giving from all of us at Pink Jacket. Our deepest condolences go to her family and friends and all those she touched. RIP Pauline.

Are you sending emails through a third party like Square, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact?

You should note that there is an important update to look out for. Email-sending domains now require additional authentication, and without it you risk ending up in customer's spam, bouncing, or at worst being blacklisted.

This rollout is happening throughout February and will eventually affect everyone. Other large email senders will likely follow suit as well.
