Dallas ISD Food & Child Nutrition Services (FCNS) had an amazing time connecting with students and families at today’s Fam Jam! As a vendor, we had the opportunity to share more about what we do and educate students and parents about the important role nutrition plays in supporting student health and success. 🥦🍎

Today was extra special because we also celebrated National Food Day! 🥳 What better way to celebrate than by connecting with our Dallas ISD community and promoting healthy eating habits!

🎀 TOGETHER WE WALK. TOGETHER WE FIGHT. TOGETHER WE HOPE. 💗
This week, our Dallas ISD Food and Child Nutrition Services family came together for Cancer Awareness Week, filling each day with meaningful activities, dress-up themes, love, and support. 💕
We ended the week with a special Walk of Hope, where our Maria Luna staff proudly wore pink and walked together to honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and remember the beautiful souls we have lost. 🩷
Every step we took carried a message: No one fights alone.
Cancer may touch our lives in different ways, but together, we can spread awareness, inspire hope, and remind those facing this battle that they are surrounded by love and support.
We walk for strength. We walk for courage. We walk for hope. And above all, we walk for LIFE. 🎀
