We've had the honor of engaging in powerful strategy sessions with the leadership of the Mendem Foundation, and what’s emerging is nothing less than a blueprint for generational change.

We are co-building an AI Fluency Program that’s practical, inclusive, and purpose-driven, tailored to bridge the knowledge gap across communities, beginning with the most important connectors: the staff.

Our goal is clear:

✨ Equip people with the mindset and tools to amplify their impact using AI, not someday, but today.

✨ Start where it matters, from staff, to youth, to the working class, designing real-world use cases that meet people where they are.

✨ Ground our rollout in feedback loops, ethics, and a deep respect for context because no two communities are the same.

What excites us most is not just what we’re building, but who we’re building it with. There's a deep synergy here: shared values, shared vision, and an understanding that Africa doesn't need to catch up, it can leap ahead.

This is just the beginning. The BC Advantage LLC team is proud to lead on curriculum design, and with the Foundation’s boots on the ground, we are ready to move from vision to velocity.

Two years ago, our Founder, Ben-Collins Asongwe, began his AI journey, not from a place of chasing hype, but from a deep curiosity about how technology could amplify purpose and transform the way we think and live.

What started as personal exploration quickly became a mission: to help individuals and organizations approach AI not just as a tool, but as a mindset, one rooted in curiosity, clarity, and equity.
