vision programming producing plant that will turn out innovative, original Black oriented television content designed to appeal to an upscale mature 35 to 54 year old Black American audience as well as a vibrant, active and impressionable 12 to 24 section and the most sought after 25 to 35 year old technologically oriented Black cultural segment that controls the disposable income of this group.
