❤️ One of the greatest joys of my work at Bmalori Creative is partnering with organizations that make our communities stronger.

I am honored to work with both Harbor Theater, Boothbay Harbor, Maine and Inn Along the Way—two nonprofits that create spaces where people can connect, belong, and care for one another. Their missions may look different, but both are rooted in building community and enriching lives.

I came across this survey from the Central Western Maine Workforce Development Board via the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, and thought I would share. DEADLINE IS APRIL 1!

They’re working on their 2026–2031 Workforce Plan, and they’re asking for real input from businesses in Androscoggin, Franklin, Kennebec, Oxford, and Somerset counties. Not just big-picture ideas—but what you’re actually experiencing when it comes to hiring, staffing, and running your business day-to-day.

If you’ve ever thought:

👉 “The system doesn’t reflect what small businesses actually need…”

I’m looking forward to joining the Women in Leadership panel at the Owls Head Transportation Museum. I’ll be sharing how my early work in nonprofits helped shape my career and the role that community, relationships, and service have played in building Bmalori Creative.

The upcoming Maine Outdoor Economy Summit is designed to be a meeting ground for sharing ideas and actions across the industry.

Speakers and breakout sessions will focus on professional growth, practical tools for businesses and “big-picture thinking around economic resilience, workforce, access and equity,” according to a news release.

The event is slated for Jan. 21-23 at the Holiday Inn by the Bay in Portland.

The Maine Outdoor Economy Summit, scheduled to be held in Portland Jan. 21-23, is designed to be a meeting ground for sharing ideas and actions across the industry.
