I am looking into platforms to build the Tech Wizards website as well which should really simplify the mail in process.

Also as a follow up to my previous post; I will be putting more effort into mail in repairs due to the current nature of my situation.

I will provide instructions and documentation on how to proceed with this process as needed.

If interested, please reach out and I will email you the details and forms required to start your repair.

In the future there will be a website portal that will make this process much more straightforward and convenient. I will keep you all updated on the progress of the website once the construction begins.

I want to sincerely apologize for my absence and lack of communication lately. As the sole owner and operator of Tech Wizards, I have been facing some significant challenges trying to juggle a full-time job and running the business.

Life can get overwhelming, and I made the mistake of not properly managing my time, which led to ignoring calls and messages. I truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused to my valued customers.

However, I want to assure you all that I am committed to making things right. I have taken some time to reevaluate my priorities and plan to reopen Tech Wizards for repairs in the near future. Your support means a lot to me, and I am eager to get back to providing top-notch tech services to our community.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to give a friendly reminder that all repairs are currently by appointment only, as I do not have a physical location open to walk in service.

Rest assured this does not reduce the quality of my repairs. I treat all devices with care as if they were my own and you will always be backed by a 60 day parts and labor warranty for traditional repairs. No cutting corners or cheap parts.
