FSG Mobile Solutions just released a new version of Spelling Teacher and Spelling Teacher School edition apps at the Apple App Store. Our Spelling Teacher apps were developed to help students become accomplished spellers while meeting language arts common core spelling standards for K-6th grades. The new version includes a new spelling teacher named Julia. Julia is much louder and easier to understand when she reads spelling words to students than Pop the Penguin was in our first version. We have also added 5 new fun spelling games/activities to help students learn their weekly word lists while having a ball.
Our Spelling Teacher apps are currently # 1 and #2 as it relates to the Apple Store keyword search of Spelling when sorting by highest rated. Congratulations to all participants of the Academy at Minds in Motion Spelling Bee. Everyone did a wonderful job and for their efforts each bee participant received a complimentary copy of the Spelling Teacher School edition app for iPad,iPhone, or iPod.

Spelling Teacher School edition was developed to help students become accomplished spellers. It provides over 240 spelling word lists for grades K-6. In addition, students can add their weekly assigned spelling words if their school has not yet standardized on the app. Spelling Teacher School edition eliminates the need for schools to purchase spelling workbooks each year.

After the bee, Randy Popson congratulated the participating students as well as winners and let them in on a secret. The next edition of Spelling Teacher School edition, to be released in early January, has multiple fun new spelling activities as well as a new spelling teacher named Julia. The new teacher pronounces her words much more clearly than Pop the Penguin could in the previous version. With Pop being in a space suit, it could be hard to understand his pronunciation of certain words at times. Teacher Julia also speaks more loudly as well. We welcome Julia to the Spelling Teacher Family!

Welcome to all Metro FC friends and family joining our page. We are very proud to be able to support the Metro FC soccer club. The club does a wonderful job developing player skills while teaching them the intricacies of the game of soccer. Our sons Joe and Mike played for the club through their U-18 years and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. Thanks to skills learned during his time with the club, Mike continues to play as a freshman at Case Western University. He also enjoys playing during the summer with the Metro FC U-23 team.
Feel free to spread the word about our FB site to everyone you know. For the months of December and January, every Like earns a buck for the Metro FC club.

Apple's iPad Mini, released on Friday, is the perfect size and price for the K-12 education market. There is no longer a need for students to lug heavy book bags from home to school and back. Imagine an entire book bag of books and more in less than 3/4 of a pound. Talk about technology transformation. Nice job Apple!
