IPCOMM Welcome to IPCOMM! 👋 We are an agency and printing company integrating people through communications We build more than brands, we aim to build communities.

We know that there are two factors that determine whether audiences engage with your business: awareness and trust. The first can be solved with marketing, but the latter requires branding. We exist to help you do both. From strategy and creative to print and fulfillment, we leverage 37 years of experience to drive results for your brand. To empower a brand is to empower the people it serves. Since a brand is defined by the collection of experiences audiences have with your brand, it’s important to reflect their ideals and motives in your communications. By implementing a people-centric approach that speaks to hearts not pockets, we inspire audiences to see themselves in us. So if you’d like to know what we do in a nutshell, it’s this:

A great idea is only the beginning.

The real work is connecting strategy, creative, production, and delivery so every piece works together, and the experience stays consistent from the first impression to the final touchpoint.

Because a campaign isn't complete when the creative is approved. It's complete when it reaches the people it was designed for.

Five years later… same passion, better hair! 😂
I was going through some old pictures and videos, something I love doing because they remind me of the experiences, memories, and journeys we sometimes forget to appreciate. And look what I found! A video from 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic, when my hair clearly had a mind of its own! 😂 Thank goodness some things have improved! LOL!

But watching it reminded me of something much more important. Five years ago, we were taking IPCOMM into another chapter, expanding and putting a stronger focus on our creative agency services. We had been doing branding, graphic design, websites, and marketing strategy for years, but we were ready to take it further.
And look where we are today!

The world keeps changing, technology keeps evolving, and now AI is transforming the way we ALL do business. And guess what? We're embracing it! Learning, adapting, and finding ways to make it work for us and, more importantly, for our clients.

After more than 42 years in business, one thing hasn't changed: The passion to keep learning, reinventing ourselves, and finding better ways to serve our clients.
That's why I love looking back. Sometimes you don't realize how far you've come until you see where you started. So enjoy this little throwback! And please… focus on the message, not the pandemic hair! 😂❤️

The best communication doesn't start with a message. It starts with a question: Who are we trying to reach, and what matters to them?

Understanding your audience, their needs, perspectives, and everyday realities, is what turns information into connection. Before you create the message, take the time to understand the people receiving it.

One of the easiest mistakes in multicultural marketing is treating a broad demographic label as if it describes a single audience ... It doesn’t.

Generation, geography, language, culture, behavior, and lived experience all shape how people perceive messages and make decisions.

That’s why cultural relevance doesn’t start with translation ... It starts with understanding.

What a way to get back to business! ❤️

After being away on vacation for a few weeks, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to jump back into the business of doing business!

Last week was Small Business Opportunity Week, celebrated by the Georgia Business Council (GBC), and it was a wonderful week of celebrating small businesses,
building relationships, reconnecting with familiar faces, making new connections, and, most importantly, creating opportunities.

I had the honor of representing GBC at DeKalb County, where I shared a few words on behalf of Stacey Key, President & CEO of the Georgia Business Council, as the County proclaimed September 21–25 as Small Business Opportunity Week. And as the owner of a business that has called DeKalb home for 42 years, being there to accept that recognition with GBC members and staff was truly the icing on the cake. It was a special moment.

We had another special moment at the Governor’s Office, recognizing Small Business Opportunity Week at the state level, and the important role small businesses play in Georgia’s economy and our communities. The week continued with great conversations and connections and culminated with the Spirit of Alliance Awards & Corporate Roundtable, where Curley M. Dossman, Jr. was recognized as the 2026 Blue Legend Honoree. Having had the honor of receiving the Blue Legend recognition myself a few years ago, it made it even more special to celebrate Curley and his many years of leadership, service, and commitment to our business community. Congratulations to all the award winners. After 42 years in business, one thing I know for sure: opportunities are built through relationships. They come from showing up, staying connected, supporting one another, and sometimes simply being in the right room.

Thank you to the Georgia Business Council, DeKalb County, our state leaders, corporate partners, and everyone who made this week possible.
Vacation was wonderful…but what a great way to come back! ❤️ Back to business, back to relationships, and back to creating opportunities.

Don't wait until you need the community to start talking to it.

Your community may be your:
Customer. Workforce. Neighbor. Stakeholder. Regulator.
Engagement works best before you need it.
Community engagement isn't charity ... It's strategy.

Your Digital Presence Is Part of the Buying Process, that changes what digital visibility means ... It's not simply about ranking. AI may accelerate discovery, but credibility still has to close the gap. Don't just optimize to be found, build a digital presence worth finding.

Certified ≠ Capable
Certification tells you who qualifies. Experience tells you who can deliver.
At IPCOMM, our certifications are part of who we are, not a substitute for what we do.

Certifications earn the conversation. Capability earns the contract.

AI didn’t create the “AI slop” problem. It created an abundance problem.
AI can help us move faster. It can surface patterns, generate options, and accelerate production.

But it can’t replace the judgment required to understand which audience, which message, which channel, which moment, and why anyone should care.
Because attention is still scarce.

Less content. More relevance. More reason to care.
What do you think: are we entering an era of too much content and not enough communication?

What does AI allow you to do better for your clients?
At IPCOMM, we see the opportunity at the intersection of Human Judgment, Audience Intelligence, and AI-Enabled Ex*****on.
Technology should make the work smarter ... not make the thinking optional.💡
