MasterMind, LLC would like to thank Mr. Michael Marozzi. Mr. Larry Jenkins, and the amazing staff at Portage County for hiring us to perform their 2023 Guardrail Compliance and Roadside Hazard Inventory Study.

MasterMind, LLC performed 383 miles of both studies on all county routes in Portage County, OH. The study will help the engineering staff and team identify dangerous guardrails that need to be replaced, and hazardous areas within the county that will need to be looked at and possibly addressed when necessary.

MasterMind, LLC has performed roughly 8,256 miles of guardrail studies in 20 Ohio counties.

MasterMind, LLC would like to thank Jeff Linkous and his amazing staff at Clinton County for hiring us to perform their 2023 Horizontal Curve Ball Bank Study.

MasterMind, LLC performed 100 miles of ball bank on county routes in Clinton County, OH. The study will help the engineering staff and team identify dangerous curves and suggest advisory speeds for those curves. MasterMind, LLC has performed roughly 8,450 miles of ball bank in 36 Ohio counties.

While visiting Noble County, you may be interested in stopping by one of the crash sites from the USS Shenandoah, which was America's first zeppelin. History informs us that on September 4, 1925 during a public showing, the USS Shenandoah encountered a rather strong storm that ripped the rigged airship apart, crashing to the earth in Noble County, Ohio.

MasterMind, LLC would like to thank Mr. Patrick Ginnetti, Mr. Bob Durbin, Mr. Tim Burkett, and the staff at the Mahoning County Engineering Department for choosing us to perform their 2021 Pavement Marking Project.

Mahoning County is home to the Lanterman's Mill (pictured below), which is one of Ohio's oldest. Built in 1845 by German Lanterman and Samuel Kimberly, the Mill was restored to its current beauty in 1982-85 and currently operated just as it did in the 1800s, grinding corn, wheat, and buckwheat.

Visitors can experience life as it was during the pioneer days, experience the inner workings of a 19th-century mill, visit the gift shop filled with local artisans as well as purchasing stone-ground cornmeal, buckwheat, and whole wheat flour made from the actual mill.

MasterMind, LLC would like to thank Mr. Mark Eicher, Mr. Matt Russell, and the staff at the Muskingum County Engineering Department for choosing us to perform 2021 No-Passing Project.

Muskingum County is home to Zanesville, OH, and one of the most unique bridges in the United States, known as the Zanesville Y-Bridge. Spanning over where both the Licking and Muskingum Rivers meet, the first Y-Bridge was constructed in 1814 and stood for four years before a second wooden bridge was erected in 1819.

Following a flood in 1831, a 3rd construction was made in 1832, which stood until 1900. A concrete structure was designed and erected in 1902 that lasted for 77 years. A fifth Y Bridge, made with concrete and steel opened in 1984 and is registered with the National Register of Historic Places.

Today is Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day! We are so fortunate in Ohio to have three female County Engineers. Thank you, Stephanie, Melissa, and Amy for your leadership and for being an outstanding role model for other women who desire a career in Engineering!

Pictured below is the Wayne County Courthouse in Wooster, Ohio. This marvelous structure was built in 1879 and was designed in classic Second Empire style and is composed of sandstone.

We would like to thank Mr. Joe Bachman and the Tuscarawas County Engineering staff for choosing MasterMind, LLC to perform their 2020 No-Passing Safety Study. It is always a pleasure to work with Joe and his amazing staff in Tuscarawas County.

There is so much state history in beautiful Tuscarawas County including Schoenbrunn, the first Protestant settlement in Ohio. Astronaut John Glenn took his first flying lessons at Harry Clever Field in New Philadelphia. Newcomerstown was the childhood home to baseball great Cy Young, while Ohio State football legend Woody Hayes started his head coaching career with the New Philadelphia Quakers. The city of Dover holds the famous Mooney Warther Carvings Museum and Sugarcreek is the Gateway to Amish country.
