CnG Wireless High Speed Internet Service and Starlite Computers C&G Computers and Starlight Computers is a computer repair center. CnG Wireless Internet Service i C&G Computers has been in IT service since 2003.

CnG Wireless Internet Service is a high speed internet service provider born out of own need for reliable High Speed Broadband Internet and our desire to share that service with our friends and neighbors in rural areas of West Central Alabama. We have towers that service the following areas:

-South of Demopolis in the Area of Rangeline Rd

The Installation Fee is $150, which also covers your first month, and we have two packages available at the moment.

-20Mbps Download 3Mbps Upload - $100/Month
-25Mbps and higher available in some areas

As far as we can tell everything survived the storm that rolled through and messed up everyone's day but it seems repairing the power lines may take a while.

We've got batteries at most locations but the outage has exceeded the battery life.

Thanks to the power companies, passed several of them on the way to check everything out.

The same issue again.

It affects multiple fiber in the region but since AT&T's last mile is still up, since the fiber itself hasn't dropped AT&T considers this to not be an outage. It's an act of congress to even open a ticket when the physical link is still up but no data is passing.

There's some kind of issue with AT&T at the moment, all Google products are down.

Trying to deal with their tech support but it's like pulling teeth. They keep telling us that the circuit is up, ignoring that most, if not all fiber in Demopolis can not access any Google content.

Looks like there is a regional outage, something wrong in Atlanta. Two different fibers are down, working on the problem.

Big thanks to Black Warrior Electric, they worked all afternoon cleaning up after the tornado in Forkland to get the power back on.

AT&T issues again.

We're on hold, were also about to demand a backup link to be done by the end of the week. This insane.

We're back online.

Big thanks to the Alabama Power crew, apparently this leg of fiber ran across some of their poles, they worked through the night and got us back online.

We finally got an update on the fiber, an entire span of fiber is damaged and has to be replaced. AT&T a talking about running the network on an alternate fiber for the time being.

We're working on that, we'll have something as soon as possible.

AT&T is down again. They're trying to fix the problem.

AT&T a down for the 19th time in under 1 year.

We're working with them to find out what the problem is. We're looking at alternative fiber providers but everything that comes here is AT&T.

Update :one of their core routers is down again, same issue as last time. It's probably the reason for the outages over the last year.

AT&T is having a major outage. Talking to them now to find out what's going on.

We'll keep everyone updated as we get information. I'm even having issues with my phone data.
