Maya is a purpose-driven psychedelic therapy intelligence platform.

We see a future where everyone has the choice, information & access to safely use psychedelics for personal healing.

We believe the world of psychedelic medicine needs better data to surface best practices and help practitioners to offer safe and effective practices at scale. Our goal is to generate this insight while serving the psychedelic community & empowering its leaders.

Maya is a Colorado Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), which means our team members, advisors, investors & supporters are aligned towards purpose above profit. We are laying the foundations of a global environment for psychedelic compounds to be used safely & legitimately. Maya’s work stems from a background in academic research through the nonprofit, Unlimited Sciences. Following our involvement helping Denver become the first city to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms, and through our journey at events, presentations and dinner tables, we have become friends with psychedelic practitioners, coaches, and educators from every part of the world. ‍ Listening to the hopes and desires of those on the front lines of the psychedelic movement, we have studied the challenges confronting ceremony leaders. Maya is the result of almost two years working with the community, carefully developing the outlines of a platform we believe can help leaders with this important work. ‍ As this community of psychedelic practitioners grows, we will grow with it. We promise to uphold integrity, to honor the lineages of tradition, and to safeguard the flow of data so that it can be used for the benefit of all humankind.
