We've had a lot of conversations over the last few months with commercial property managers, contractors, and insurance brokers.

One thing we've learned is that most teams know they need to verify coverage against the lease or subcontract, they just don't have the time to do it consistently.

Collecting the certificate is usually the easy part (although its sometimes tough to get the last few stragglers).

Knowing whether the coverage actually satisfies the contract is where the real work begins.
