ons of travelers and thousands of employees at Denver International Airport through an industry leading digital kiosk network that offers unique customer experiences such as free local, long distance and international calling with touch free, interactive screens that provide commercial advertising, including airport and community events, restaurants, wayfinding, public service announcements, and a full suite of TDD technology for the deaf and hearing impaired. The company is run by its President and CEO, Herman Malone, who has created a legacy both in Denver and nationally by establishing the first local Black Chamber of Commerce, co-founding the National Black Chamber of Commerce, and working closely with the NAACP for years. Herman's passion is to provide economic opportunity for Black individuals and to build overall minority community wealth. Herman's relationships with current and former political appointees, as well as with leaders in the community, provide an ideal palate for creating new wealth and economic opportunity, which will improve the lives for Blacks in Denver now and into the future. Digital advertising, and the advertising industry in general, has traditionally been a difficult trade for minority companies to enter, let alone prosper. RMES is working hard to make gains towards access to equitable opportunities for Blacks in the digital advertising industry. has operated in Denver for nearly 45 years and is the only Black-owned telecommunications company operating at any airport in the country. The founder and CEO of RMES, Herman Malone, has been an instrumental figure in the Denver community his entire life. An author, a black business owner, and a strong family man, Herman established the first Black Chamber of Commerce in Denver. He then co-founded the national Black Chamber of Commerce and served as its President. He has close relationships and alliances with the present and previous mayors of Denver, local media, politicians, athletes, Black and other minority business leaders, event planners, fundraisers, and community activists to name but some of Herman's immense network. Herman has not only successfully managed and adapted RMES over the years as technology has changed, but he has simultaneously worked tirelessly on community initiatives, fundraisers, volunteer projects, and Black community support as well. The Denver community is stronger because of Herman and his family, and his legacy has been cast. He values family and community. Herman believes that the company could help fuel the local economy, add job creation/preservation for minorities, and provide stability through this difficult period of the pandemic. is committed to providing new opportunities to minorities that were previously unavailable to them with mentoring and general training in Effective Communication and Cultural Competency, as well as Hardware/Software, Sales/Marketing, and Community Engagement, all of which are unique, and are a part of doing business at RMES every day. We believe that we can open myriad opportunities for minorities in Denver and the rebuilding of individual and community wealth.
