Lumena is proud to have worked with Hill Air Force base as part of our SBIR Phase II award. We put MindGym to the test and produced quantifiable results showing the impact that MindGym can have on airmen and their families. Our findings concluded that MindGym is great tool to train their mind, improve focus, and to perform better on the job and in life.

Quantifiable Results Revealed:

-> 30% improvement in mood and mental wellness
-> 16.2% enhancement in stress biometrics
-> 61% reported better stress management, w/ 15% experiencing sleep quality improvements
-> 29.2% improvement in task reaction time, with 8.3% in task accuracy
-> 46% reported mood and mental wellness improvements, with 44% reporting better stress management
-> 66% intended to apply new skills in daily life, while 45% planned to utilize them during deployment.

MindGym “allows you a breath into yourself, and the ability to think way deeper than all this stuff in our standard reality consciousness, and start to very quickly interact with our subconscious, the things that come to a person’s mind, visually, because the brain when not stimulated, is trying to stimulate, trying to make up things, trying to fill in the blanks,” said Stetson Jenkins, Lumena’s director of product.

Lumena is so excited to be working with Ellsworth Air Force Base to increase resilience among their service members. Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in their ribbon cutting ceremony unveiling their first MindGym!
